The People's Charter - please pledge your support.

John McDonnell's continued principled stance against Thatcherism/Blairism continues to impress this author.

While it is fair to say that the People's Charter and the attendant EDM could do with some refinements and clarifications of meaning (which will come only with even the dubious leftys amongst us signing up to the former and driving a debate on the issues), the key ideas of both are sound.

As I am currently living in Busan, South Korea, I cannot either sign up to the Charter (server issues) or lobby my MP (don't have one!); so I am just doing what I can to make people more aware of the Charter.
